TERMS OF AGREEMENT

*Products that are delivered to the customer cannot be opened and/or remove any kind of seal from the items, unless the item has already been paid.

In addition, once the box is opened and/or destroyed , items cannot be returned . Unless there are major defects like scratches and dents.

*If the customer will refuse to receive the item, they still need to pay for the shipping fee and dont have the right to open the box and/or remove any seal from the box itself.

*Once the order is finalized, items will be delivered the next day. please note that deliveries sometimes get delayed for some reason (like weather issues or accident) don’t worry bc we will update you always.

*item assembly is not included . There will be an additional 300 peso charge if the delivery guy is the one who assembles the item for the client

*Lastly, if the customer wanted to cancel the delivery due to delivery delays please let us know before the items are dispatched (we will advise you for the time of dispatch).
